Employing our own voice broadcast systems, DSC can transmit phone voice messages and announcements to clients and community members alike. Voice messages can be pre-recorded or can be computer generated using information from your computer systems or websites.
These messages can be forward to our phone system using voice broadcast XML technology and delivered to your clients.
Our hosted voice broadcasting service can deliver one call or millions of calls within a campaign. A Pre-recorded message can be played to either an individual answering the phone or to an answering machine. Messages can be simply a warning to individuals informing them of emergency alerts, community events, upcoming appointments, or simply sales promotions.
A different message can be designated for an answering machine versus an individual. Simple to complex scripts can be developed for touchphone response. Calls can be directed to operators that are standing by or can be transferred to outside third parties.

DSC now provides an online signup for non-profit and commercial organizations wishing to use our hosted voice broadcast services. Use this form to obtain a quotation and pricing information about our services with no obligation until you fax or mail your signed agreement.
For non-profit organizations, our setup fees are waived and the basic monthly fees are reduced if you use this convenient method of registration. If your organization is a business or commercial enterprise, use the following convenient method of registering online and receive a 50% discount on the setup fee. This registration provides a quote and contract for you to review. Fax or mail your executed agreement to Database Systems Corp. for quick registration and implementation of your voice broadcast account.
Typical setup charge is $250 - $500. The cost to maintain the service is $25 - $50 per month for 24x7 emergency and 800 phone activation. Standard usage rates apply when messages are actually delivered.
Contracts are month-to-month with 30 day cancellation. Usage fees are typically $.15 per number which includes 3 attempts for calls anywhere in the continental limits of the US. For calls outside this region, please refer to our online contract.
